1. Genetic design and vector construction
We adapt and optimize your protein’s coding sequence for plant expression:
• Codon optimization for Nicotiana benthamiana
• Design of regulatory elements for transient or stable expression
• Choice of purification tags or signal peptides as needed
• Construction in plasmid or viral vectors
We can work from your existing sequence or handle complete design from scratch.
2. Plant production at laboratory scale
Following design, we perform transient expression of the protein using vector systems derived from plant viruses:
• Controlled cultivation in greenhouse conditions
• Expression monitoring via rapid assays (SDS-PAGE, Western blot)
• Optimization of bacterial OD, post-inoculation timing and environmental conditions
This step allows expression validation before scaling up.
3. Scale-up and pilot-scale production
Once expression is validated, we scale up to pilot production:

• Large-volume inoculation using pre-industrial equipment
